5-Year Objectives
Under One Roof collaborates with community, regional, and state-wide organizations to provide the following local resources and opportunities:
- Information and supported referral
- Person-centered planning and community connections resulting in positive community engagement
- Parent education and family support , both specialized and inclusive
- Financial education and planning for self-directed services including budgeting, savings for individual and family needs
- A Transportation Cooperative resulting in a more efficient and expansive system of regional transportation
- Community leadership opportunities for youth and adults
- Adolescent health and wellness education
- A Community job bank
- A Continuum of recreational opportunities
During the 5-year pilot implementation, Under One Roof will develop and disseminate lessons learned statewide and nationally. |
